Ganga Aarti at Har ki Pauri: Haridwar is famous for Ganga arti which is held on Har Ki Pauri and lots of peoples come here daily to attend this Aarti. The timing of this Aarti is 6:00 pm and performed with priest chants mantras withhold big fire bowls and bells with their hands and the sound of mantras scatter in the air. People lighting diyas to pray some wishes after that lay Diya float on river Ganga. The shadow of burning diyas looks like the glittering water of Ganga who looks mesmerizing.

Chandi Devi Temple: Located 4 km distance from Haridwar, the main idol in the Chandi Devi temple was built by the great Saint Adi Shankaracharya in 8th century. The present structure was built by Raja Suchan Singh of Kashmir. Along with Maya Devi and Mansa Devi, Chandi Devi completes the trio of Siddhapeeth. According to mythology, the two demons Shumbha - Nishumbha occupied the kingdom of Lord Indra. Attracted by the beauty of Goddess Parvati, the demon wished to marry her. After refusing, Shumbha sent two of his chiefs, Chand-Mund, to fight with Goddess Parvati.The powerful goddess Chandika to kill the demons. Chandika Devi killed Chand Mund and then Shumbha Nishumbha. The entire battle took place on the Nile Mountains, so the Chandi Devi temple was built.

Mansa Devi: Mansa Devi temple is also known by the name Bilwa Tirth and this place is one of the Panch Tirthas within Haridwar. This holy shrine is known as shakti to the holy adobe of Mansa Devi and is said to have originated from Lord Shiva. Mansa Devi is also considered as the sister of Snake’s King Vasuki. Reason behind this name is it is belived that Goddess fulfilled all the needs and wishes of devotee people.

Vasuki Tal: It is a sacred glacial lake, located at a height of 42578 meters in the remote Himalayas region of India. The water of this lake is clear and it is considered as Vasuki, the curse hanging in the neck of Lord Shiva. Himalaya is known for its beauty, attractive climate, and beautiful flora fauna, you will love to spend a few days here in peace.

Shankaracharya Samadhi: Adi Shankaracharya Samadhi Temple, located just behind the Kedarnath Temple. It is an iconic place where the famous religious reformer has asked to attain salvation. Kedarnath's journey is not considered complete without visit Adi Shankra Charya Samadhi. There is Sphatika lingam located and it is said that it removes negative deeds and devotees free from their problems.

Agastyamuni: Agastmuni or Augustyamuni city is situated on the banks of the Mandakini at a height of 1000 meters. It is 18 km from Rudraprayag, famous as the temple of Priya Ranjan. The name of this city was named of Hindu saint Agastamuni, from here you will get a helicopter ride to go to Kedarnath.

Charanpaduka: This rock is located at a distance of 1.5 km from the Ganga and 3 km from Badrinath this place is located 3800 feet high above the sea and in this place tourists come all over the world. According to the Bhagavata Purana, Lord Krishna's minister had asked for Charan Paduka from Lord Vishnu to get rid of his guilt and this was the place where Lord Vishnu put the first step.

Vasudhara Falls: The holy dessert, Vasundhara Falls near the holy city of Badrinath and it is one of the most attractive places to visit in Uttarakhand. It is a magnificent waterfall falling from a height of 400 feet about 122 meters above sea level. People believe that the heavenly beauty of Vasudhara can only be practiced by those who are pure and unstable, devoid of guilt. Though it is a remote destination, the uninterrupted beauty and serene atmosphere of this waterfall attract the worshipers of nature to see it.

According to mythology Laxman brother of lord Rama cross the river Ganga on a jute rope, for this reason, a jute rope bridge was built over this river for the honor of Lakshmana, and this 284 Feet long hanging jute bridge was washed away in the flood of 1924 and then the new bridge was built in 1930.

Triveni Ghat: On the bank of the holy river Ganga a sacred place Triveni ghat is located, where three rivers meet each other which are Ganga, Yamuna, Saraswati. This place is popular for the Ganga aarti. it is believed that to take a dip in that ghat purifies your soul and relief from sins.

  • Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in, or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel.
  • A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room. The third occupant shall be provided a mattress/rollaway bed.
  • The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified. Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal. For any paid activity which is non-operational due to any unforeseen reason, we will process refund & same should reach the guest within 30 days of processing the refund.
  • Also, for any activity which is complimentary and not charged to GBO & guest, no refund will be processed.
  • AC will not be functional anywhere in cool or hilly areas.
  • Entrance fee, parking and guide charges are not included in the packages.
  • If your flights involve a combination of different airlines, you may have to collect your luggage on arrival at the connecting hub and register it again while checking in for the onward journey to your destination.
  • Booking rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Pricing of the booking is based on the age of the passengers. Please make sure you enter the correct age of passengers at the time of booking. Passengers furnishing incorrect age details may incur penalty at the time of travelling.
  • In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
  • In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. GoingBo shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors.
  • GBO reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of /entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
  • Certain hotels may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel policy.
  • The booking price does not include: Expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees etc.
  • Any other items not mentioned under Inclusions are not included in the cost of the booking.
  • The package price does not include mandatory gala dinner charges levied by the hotels especially during New Year and Christmas or any special occasions. GoingBo shall try to communicate the same while booking the package. However GoingBo may not have this information readily available all the time.
  • Cost of deviation and cost of extension of the validity on your ticket is not included.
  • For queries regarding cancellations and refunds, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
  • Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
  • Dudhsagar Waterfalls is closed in the monsoon (June - September).
  • Activities related to water sports are subject to weather and wind conditions on the ground.
  • The cost of mentioned tours and transfer is not valid between 6 pm to 8 am.
